I never thought Jiu-Jitsu was this intense. Aside from the fact that I became fit, I have developed good self disciple too. I’m glad and I don’t regret being at Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy.
I never knew what Jiu-Jitsu was until my friend invited me to come with him in his class. I felt thrilled while watching the participants perform, and it challenged me to try it. Now I have been with Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy for 2 months.
